DESCRIPTION
Dtdict returns a pointer to the data dictionary for an open RMSfile, fcb. See cdict(C-1) for creating data dictionaries.
The pointer returned should be saved and used on subsequent calls to RMS dictionary functions.

DIAGNOSTICS
A value of NULL is returned if fcb does not refer to an open RMSfile.
NOTES
The dictionary obtained by calling dtdict must not be closed by calling dtclose(C-3).
