NAME
getfcycle - get time cycle names
SYNOPSIS
#include <cbase/dtypes.h>
char **getfcycle()
DESCRIPTION
Getfcycle returns a pointer to an array of 4 character pointers. Each of these pointers point to a null terminated string corresponding to the names of each cycle of time (AM, PM, Noon & Midnight). These values are used by fatotime(C-3) when an arbitrary time is entered (not matching the format parameter). Thus, the format can be: HH:mm:ss and 1Pm could be entered as a valid time (assuming the default formatting set).
The cycle names are retrieved from the country format structure (see fcountry(C-3)).
