NAME
gmttodt - convert operating system GMT time to RMS DATE and TIME
SYNOPSIS
gmttodt (gmt, d, t)

DESCRIPTION
The function gmttodt converts the operating system GMT time into the corresponding RMS DATE and TIME values. The operating system time value is the number of seconds from 00:00:00 GMT, January 1, 1970. The DATE and TIME values are returned to the variables pointed to by the d and t parameters.
The TIME parameter t is returned in local time, not GMT time.
The following retrieves the current system date and time:
gmttodt (time(0), &date, &time);
