The Account field cannot be changed because the system uses this field to organize the accounting system.
The Balance field is a display only field, so it cannot be updated from this screen. If the Balance field is in error, it may be corrected by going back and changing the original transaction that caused it to be in error.
The Description field can be changed at any time.
The Debit Account field can only be changed during the setup procedure. Once any transactions have been entered, or the trial close process has been run, this field cannot be changed.
The Balance Sheet field can only be changed during the setup procedure. Once the final close process has been run, this field cannot be changed.
The Budget Amounts fields can be changed at any time.
