Lets assume we want all general journal entries memos before May 1, 1981 deleted. Type in the date:
If you change your mind and decide you do not want to make any deletions at this time, you may halt the process by selecting the CANCEL button and then OK. If you wish to proceed with the process, select the STORE button <F5> when you are satisfied with the date you have entered. The system displays the following message as it is deleting the journal entries.

When the process is completed, the number of records deleted is displayed on the screen.
