Let's assume we want all general ledger balances for the year 1981 deleted. Type in the year 1981:
If you change your mind and decide not to make deletions at this time, you may halt the process by selecting the CANCEL button and then OK. If you want to proceed with the process, select the STORE button <F5> when you are satisfied with the date you have entered. The screen displays the following message while it is deleting the general ledger balances records.
