Customers
This report is a customer name and address list. It is arranged in customer code order. This report can be run by choosing Select, Accounts Receivable, Customers.
Customers Alphabetically by Name
This report lists customer names and addresses. It is arranged alphabetically by customer name. This report can be run by choosing Select, Accounts Receivable, Customers Alpha. by Name.
Customer Balances
This report lists all the customers and their account balances. The total for all the customer accounts is also shown.
Aged Accounts Receivable
After this report is selected the following parameter screen is displayed.
Enter the date you wish the accounts to be aged from. Customers, from which receivables are due, are grouped by their general ledger controlling accounts (i.e. accounts receivable). If aging periods have not been defined for the Accounts Receivable module through the Aging Periods selection on the Select, Accounts Receivable menu, amounts due are displayed in columns labeled Future, Current, Over 30, Over 60, and Over 90. The total amount due from each customer is shown in the Total column. Totals for each column for each general ledger account are displayed, as well as, grand totals for each column for all the general ledger receivable accounts.
The Aged Accounts Receivable report can be run from the Reports, Accounts Receivable menu.
Aged Accounts with Detail
After this report is selected the following parameter screen is displayed.
Enter the date you wish the accounts to be aged from. You may also select the customers to be included on the report. Open invoices and unapplied credit memos are grouped by customer and displayed by aging period. If aging periods have not been defined through the Aging Periods selection on the Select, Accounts Receivable menu, amounts due are displayed in columns labeled Future, Current, Over 30, Over 60, and Over 90. Totals for each column for each customer are shown, as well as the total due each customer. Grand totals for all customers are also displayed.
The Aged Accounts with Detail report can be run from the Reports, Accounts Receivable menu.
Invoice Reports
The next two reports display invoice information. Before the reports are run, the information entered on the following parameter screen selects the invoices to be shown on the report.
Invoice date is the date the invoice was entered into the system. Customer is the customer code. Invoice is the unique identifying code assigned to each invoice. If you do not want to select for a particular parameter just leave the field blank.
To print a listing of all the invoices entered in July 1983, make the following entries.
Invoices by Customer
This report is a listing of the invoices selected by the information entered on the parameter screen. The parameters selected are listed at the beginning of the report. The invoices are listed by customer, and are arranged by customer code. The following items are displayed in this report:
customer code
customer name
invoice code
invoice date
total amount of invoice
amount paid on invoice
amount due on invoice
Totals for invoice amount, amount paid, and amount due for each customer are also displayed.
The Invoices by Customer report can be run from the Reports, Accounts Receivable menu.
Invoices by Customer with Detail
This report is just like the previous report, Invoices By Customer, except that it also incorporates detail information on each invoice. Included in the detail information are the following:
ledgers/journals posted to by invoice
accounts posted to in the corresponding ledgers/journals
debit/credit amounts posted
The Invoices by Customer with Detail report can be run from the Reports, Accounts Receivable menu.
Inventory Price List
After this report is selected the following parameter screen is displayed.
The inventory products are grouped by category. The product code, description, and price are listed for each product. If a product has multiple prices, these are listed along with the price break type code.
The Inventory Price List report can be run from the Select, Accounts Receivable menu.
Invoice Forms
This report prints selected invoices on standardized forms. Invoices are selected by the information entered on the following parameter screen:
Invoice date is the date entered on the invoice screen. If you wish to print invoices from a particular time period, enter a range of dates, otherwise just leave the date fields blank.
If you wish to print invoices for just a few customers, enter a range of customer codes, otherwise just leave the customer fields blank.
If you only wish to print a few particular invoices, enter the range of invoice codes, otherwise just leave the invoice fields blank.
The Invoice Forms report can be run from the Reports, Accounts Receivable menu.
Statement Register
This is a listing of customer accounts. Beginning and ending balances are shown for each customer along with their invoices, credit memos, and payments. The customers and the time period shown on the register are selected by the information entered on the following parameter screen:
The Statement Register report can be run from the Reports, Accounts Receivable menu.
Statements
This prints out individual customer statements on standardized forms. Included on each statement is the beginning and ending balances for the customer as well a listing of invoices, credit memos, and payments. Customer accounts to be printed and the time period covered are selected by the information entered on the following parameter screen:
The Statements report can be run from the Reports, Accounts Receivable menu.
Open Item Statements
This report looks like Statements except that it only shows open invoices, unapplied credit memos, and payments made to open invoices.
Before the statements are printed a parameter screen is displayed. You may use the parameter screen to select a range of customers statements to be printed.
If you want to print statements for all customers with open invoices, just leave the customer fields blank. The date entered in the Statement Date field appears on the statement but is not used in any calculations.
The Open Item Statements report can be run from the Reports, Accounts Receivable menu.
Credit Memo Forms
This report prints selected credit memos on standardized forms. Credit memos are selected by the information entered on the following parameter screen:
Credit memo date is the date entered on the credit memo screen. If you wish to print credit memos from a particular time period, enter a range of dates, otherwise just leave the date fields blank.
If you wish to print credit memos for just a few customers, enter a range of customer codes, otherwise just leave the customer fields blanks.
If you only wish to print a few particular credit memos, enter the range of credit memo codes, otherwise just leave the credit memo fields blank.
The Credit Memo Forms report can be run from the Reports, Accounts Receivable menu.
