In this example, we illustrate calculating the depreciation on all the fixed assets for period 11 of 1983. After Calculate Depreciation is selected from the Data Entry, Fixed Assets menu, the year 1983 and period 11 are entered as shown below.
After the STORE button is pressed the screen displays

while the system calculates depreciation. When the process is completed, the screen shows:
