This report lists all the assets within the fixed asset file. Included is the following information for each asset:
asset description
purchase date
depreciation method
cost of the asset
salvage value
Assets with Book Values
You may enter a range of types of assets to appear on this report. If you want all assets to be displayed, leave the report selection parameters blank.
This report lists each asset along with its present book value. Also included on the report are the purchase date, cost of the asset and the salvage value.
Asset Depreciation Report
You may enter a range of types of assets to appear on this report. If you want all assets to be displayed, leave the Asset Type parameters blank. The Year and Period parameters must be entered in order for this report to run.
This report lists for each asset the current depreciation and the accumulated depreciation for the specified accounting period. Also included are the purchase date and the book value.
