30.8.5 Updating a Deduction

Before an employee or employer deduction can be changed, it must be queried and displayed as explained in a previous section. Once the deduction to be changed is displayed, pressing the UPDATE <F4> button places the screen in UPDATE mode.

Any of the fields except the Employee field can be changed. Again, remember that when a nonstandard deduction is used, all of the fields have to be filled in.
