The lower half of the screen shows the distribution of the payroll expense and the deductions. This portion of the screen is also used to record the employer expenses and employer accruals of the payroll costs for each employee. The lower part of the voucher screen appears as shown below when the information on the upper half of the screen is stored:
The form is repeating and allows an unlimited number of detail lines to be entered. The sum of the detail lines must equal the net pay entered in the upper half of the voucher.
