It is assumed that most of the activity with payroll vouchers is reports and payroll calculations. Using screens to add or change vouchers should be an infrequent occurrence. Caution should always be taken when performing an update or a deletion of a voucher. With this in mind, we present the following procedures for maintaining the payroll voucher file.
