Upon starting the process the following parameter screen is displayed:
Let's assume we want to delete all labor hours before May 1, 1981. Type in the date.

The screen displays the following as it is deleting the labor hours records.

When the process is completed, the number of records deleted is displayed upon the screen.
Deleting old labor hours....
87 records deleted
Press the OK button will redisplay the system menu.
