The file is being used by another user. Wait a little while and then try again. If this message is displayed again, see your system administrator. Refer to Table 47-6 for the list of files locked by this process.

The process could not add a detail record to the payroll disbursement detail file prcdd for the reason specified by system error message.
makecd0610: system error message
makecd0610: unable to add record to header file for name
The process could not add a header record to the payroll disbursement header file prcdm for the reason specified by system error message.

The process is reading a sorted pull style file as the list of vouchers to be paid. The record record no is not a valid voucher record.
