dtacces - return file access method

SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

Dtacces returns the file access method of an open RMS dictionary
file. The value returned has symbolic definitions in the include
file .

Fp is the value returned from dtdict(C-3) or dtopen(C-3).

Programs that depend on knowledge of the file access method tend
to be fragile, hence use of this function should be restricted to
general purpose RMSfile utilities.
