9.3 Adding Sales Representatives

With this screen, only inactive employees can be entered (those not on the payroll). If the Payroll System is in use, it should be used to enter all employees on the company payroll. If the Payroll System is not used, this screen can be used to enter all sales representatives.

To add a new sales representative, press the ADD <F6> button. Enter data into the fields and press the STORE <F5> button. If all goes well, the system clears the fields and you can add another sales representative.
