The Sales Representatives screen can be used to remove sales representatives. However, the system does not allow removal of employees that are on the company payroll (Active? = yes).
To remove a sales representative, you must first QUERY and FIND the representative (see previous section). With the desired sales representative displayed, click on the DELETE button or press the delete key sequence GOLD <F1> and then the D key to remove the sales representative. The system responds by clearing the fields on the screen. You can add, change, or remove other sales representatives, or press the EXIT button <F8> to return to the Main Menu.
