15.2.2 Edit Packing Slips

0100: form formname requires field field

The field field is missing from form formname. Packform cannot work properly without field. See your system administrator.

bopen####: error message

0200: cannot open [master | header | detail] file for name

The process was unable to open the file for the reason specified by the bopen message. The following table lists the files opened by this process.

packform0210: system error message

0210: cannot set [master | header | detail] file field list for name

The process was unable to set the field list for the file for the reason specified by the system error message. Refer to Table 15-3 for a list of the files used by this process.

0310: cannot change packing header

Whenever a packing slip detail record is added or deleted, the links field in the packing slip header must be increase or decreased. Packform was unable to update the packing slip header record after changing the links field.

0400: Not Valid

The order entered on the packing slip header could not be found in the order header file, orderh.

0410: order header busy

When a packing slip is added or deleted, the links field in the corresponding order file must be increased or decreased. Packform was unable to lock the order record in orderh prior to updating.

0420: Not Valid

After locking the order record in preparation for updating the order records links field, packform was unable to re-read the order record.

0430: cannot change order header

When adding or deleting a packing slip, the links field in the corresponding order is increased or decreased. If a packing slip is being added, the fillorder field in the order is also updated. After updating one or both of these fields, packform was unable to store the changes in the order header file, orderh.

0500: invalid detail sequence number

Packform was unable to find the sequence number entered in the order detail file, orderd.

0510: order detail record busy

When a packing slip detail line item is entered, the unshipped field in the corresponding order detail record is updated. Packform was unable to lock the order detail record prior to updating.

0520: invalid detail sequence number

After finding and locking the relevant order detail record, packform is unable to re-read the order detail record prior to updating the unshipped field.

0530: product code doesnt match order detail

The product code displayed on the packing slip detail line item is not the same as the product in the corresponding order detail record.

0540: only number units can be shipped

There are only number units left on the order to be shipped.

0600: invalid detail sequence number

Packform was unable to find the sequence number entered in the order detail file, orderd.

0700: cannot change shipped packing lists

You may not change a packing slip once it has been shipped (shipped field contains a date).

0710: invoice invoice exists

When a packing slip is billed, an invoice is created with an invoice number that matches the packing slip number. There is already an invoice on file with this number, enter a different slip number for this packing slip.

0720: cannot change order number now

There are references to this packing slip (links field is greater than zero). If you wish to change the order on this packing slip, you must first delete all the detail line items belonging to this packing slip.

0800: cannot change shipped packing lists

You may not update or delete a packing slip line item once the packing slip has been shipped (shipped field on the header contains a date).

0805: packing slip not present

The packing slip header must be present on the screen before you may add a detail line item.

0820: quantity must be zero or greater

You may not enter a negative units quantity.

0830: you must delete all detail records

Once a packing slip header record is deleted, all the detail line items belonging to the packing slip must also be deleted.

0840: packing slip not present

The packing slip header must be present on the screen before you may access any of the packing slip line items.
