0100: sales rep form requires is_active field
The is_active field is missing from the form. Saleform cannot work properly without this field. See your system administrator.
0110: cant delete active employees
An employee that is flagged as "active" is on the payroll and cannot be deleted using this form. This employee may be deleted through the menu selection Employees and Deductions on the Select, Payroll menu.
