15.3.2 Mark Shipped Packing Slips

Usage: markship

The Order Entry menu has been changed so that the command to mark packing slips as shipped is incorrect. See your system administrator.

bopen####: error message

markship0100: cannot open [header | detail] file for name

The process was unable to open the file for the reason specified by the bopen message. The following table lists the files opened by this process.

markship0110: system error message

markship0110: cannot set [header | detail] file field list for name

The process was unable to set the field list for the file for the reason specified by the system error message. Refer to Table 15-5 for a list of the files used by this process.

markship0210: TERM not set

The environmental variable TERM is not set. It can be set by the following command:

TERM=terminaltype

export TERM

markship0220: invalid TERM parameter

The terminal named by the environment variable TERM is not defined in either the \cbase\lib\cbase\escape directory.

markship0230: unable to establish dialog area

The process is not able to display the input parameter screen. See your system administrator.

0310: First slip number > last slip number

The packing slip number entered as the first packing slip number in the range of packing slips to be marked must be numerically less than the packing slip number entered for the last packing slip number in the range.

0410: Packing slip packslip not found.

The process was unable to find packslip, the first packing slip in the range, in the packing slip header file.

0420: Packing slip packslip not found.

The process was unable to find packslip, the last packing slip in the range, in the packing slip header file.

0510: WARNING: Packing slip packslip not found.

0510: system error message

The process was unable to find packing slip packslip for the reason specified by system error message. It was unable to mark this packing slip as shipped. The order associated with this packing slip has not been updated.

0520: WARNING: Unable to change slip packslip.

0520: system error message

The process is unable to lock the record for packslip in the packing slip header file for the reason specified by system error message. The packing slip packslip has not been marked as shipped, nor has its associated order been updated.

0530: Packing slip packslip not found.

0530: system error message

The process was attempting to re-read the packing slip record after successfully locking it. At this time it was unable to do so for the reason specified by system error message.

0610: ...waiting to lock order record...

The process has just marked a packing slip as shipped. It is now attempting to update the order header record associated with the packing slip. It is unable to lock the order header because either the order header file was not opened or, locking the order header record at this time would cause a deadlock condition. The result of this situation is that this order header record will not be updated with the most current shipment date.
