All of the Purchase Order data entry forms use the C/Base form program and are accessible from the Purchase Order menu. To make the menu simpler, the data entry screens have been grouped into their major functions: Data Entry and Master Files. Master Files are data entry forms that are used during the setup and maintenance procedures. Normal daily procedures use the screens in the Data Entry section. The following sections describe each of the Purchase Order data entry screens in the order they appear on the Data Entry, Purchase Order menu.
