All of the Purchase Order data entry forms use the C/Base form program and are accessible from the Select and Data Entry Purchase Order menus. To make the menu simpler, the data entry forms have been grouped into their major functions: Data Entry and Master Files.
This chapter deals with the Master File data entry forms. These forms are used during the setup and maintenance procedures. Normal daily procedures use the data entry forms in the Data Entry section. The following sections describe each of the Master File data entry forms in the order they appear on the Purchase Order menu.
