The Enter Vouchers data entry form is composed of two individual screens: header and detail. The header screen displays the general information pertaining to a particular voucher. The detail screen is used for individual items. Any number of detail items may be entered. The sum of the detail line item amounts must equal the voucher total amount entered in the voucher header. The following sub-sections describe each of these screens in greater detail.
