After a report has been selected from the Select, Data Entry and/or Reports ,Receiving menus, A parameter screen is displayed to get some additional information. For many reports, questions are asked to select the data that is to be printed on the report. For all reports, the system asks whether the report should be sent to the printer or displayed on the screen.
