2.5.10 Removing a Logical RMSfile

You can remove a logical RMSfile with toolkit as follows:

Start toolkit on your database:

c:\> toolkit dbname

Select 1 - Data Files Menu from the Toolkit Development Menu.

Select M5 - Remove a Data File from the Data File Menu.

Enter the logical RMSfile name Press STORE <F5> to remove the file, or CANCEL <F1>-X to return without removing the file.

To remove a logical RMSfile with a command, enter:

c:\> lfrm -v lfname

Lfname is the name of the logical RMSfile to remove.
