The Field Description form describes the fields that make up the RMSfile record. This form repeats for each data field. The form is shown in the screen below.
Fields are fixed length areas within a record where the actual data is stored. The following attributes describe a field:
1. Field Name
2. Data Type
3. Field Length
4. Number of Elements
5. Description
