When you create a hashed RMSfile, you must specify the maximum number of records that the RMSfile can hold. Lfedit and toolkit display a parameter form that requests the maximum number of records. This parameter form is shown in the screen below.
You must enter a value of 1 or greater. Pressing CANCEL <F1>-X removes the RMS definition file and all work will be lost. The number you enter is adjusted upwards to the nearest prime number.
