Menudef has the following restrictions:
No more than 10 menus in one menufile.
No more than 78 characters in Choice Names.
No special characters in a Choice Name.
No more than 16 lines of 78 characters in commands.
Leading blanks and tabs are removed from commands.
No special characters in commands.
The order of choices and background text in the menufile is not preserved.
The format of the row and column numbers of choices and back ground text in the menufile is not preserved.
No more than 15 characters in an environment variable.
No more than 100 parameter forms in one menufile.
Parameter forms are not allowed in menufile command or menu commands.
Parameter forms may not be invoked within the commands of a menu choice. When creating a parameter form for a menu choice using menudef, the first command for the menu choice is internally assigned as the command to invoke the parameter form.
